Madder then the Hatter

This is a picture I've been going off and on drawing and I finally finished it up tonight in black and white tones. I will be posting the lineart clean later if as a coloring activity.

But here you go this is for the Halloween activity. I drew him as the Mad Hatter again but this time improving the costume.
